Convert PNG to SVG, as real vectors
Most “PNG to SVG” tools just wrap your pixels in an SVG file. Vexorio traces every shape into clean curves, so your graphic stays razor-sharp at any size.

Why a real PNG to SVG conversion matters
A PNG is a grid of pixels. Scale it up and edges turn blurry and jagged. An SVG made by Vexorio contains mathematical paths instead: lines and Bézier curves that your browser, Illustrator, Figma or cutting machine can redraw perfectly at any size, from a favicon to a billboard.
Watch out for converters that only embed the PNG inside an SVG container. The file ends in .svg, but it is still pixels. Vexorio always outputs true vector paths. Open the Outlines view in the tool to see every traced shape.
Transparent PNGs are handled automatically
If your PNG has a transparent background, Vexorio keeps it transparent. If the logo sits on a white or colored background, switch on Transparent background and the background is removed with a flood fill from the edges. Enclosed areas, like the white inside an “O”, are preserved.
Tips for the best result
- Use the largest version of the PNG you have. Even 300 px works, but more pixels give more detail.
- Choose Logo for flat graphics, Illustration for artwork with many colors.
- Lower Colors if you see unwanted shading bands; raise it if small details disappear.
- Click a palette color to change it, or × to merge it into its neighbour.
PNG to SVG: FAQ
Is the SVG really vector, or just an embedded PNG?
It is a real vector. Every shape is traced into SVG path elements with no embedded bitmap. You can verify it in the Outlines view or by opening the file in any vector editor.
Will my transparent background survive?
Yes. Transparent pixels are never traced, so the SVG has a transparent background too. You can also remove a solid background with one switch.
Can I edit the SVG afterwards?
Yes. Colors are grouped into separate layers, so you can recolor or delete them in Illustrator, Inkscape, Figma or Affinity Designer.
